At Dycom, as a Training Center Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and operational support for enterprise-wide training programs by coordinating logistics, travel, learning systems, procurement activities, and training records. You'll serve as a key point of contact for trainees, trainers, and service staff, ensuring a seamless training experience through effective facility operations, technology support, and customer service.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide Training Network logistics, including lodge occupancy and collaborating with service staff to maintain seamless operations
  • Coordinate travel assignments for Training Managers
  • Manage training documentation for enterprise Safety Trainers
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other databases upon completion of training sessions
  • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and tracking of training-related expenses
  • Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Training Center projects to ensure accurate budgeting and timely procurement
  • Manage the front desk and help curate the trainee experience
  • Learn all Training Center technology as it is installed to assist trainees have a smooth experience

What you'll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Must be local in the Monroe, GA area - very minimal travel
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, office management, hospitality, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, or LMS preferred
  • Knowledge of purchase order processing, expense tracking, or basic procurement procedures preferred

Additional qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, trainees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology issues and learning new training technologies as they are implemented
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Routinely:
    • Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
    • Ability to walk and move throughout indoor and outdoor campus work environments, including a 17,000-square-foot primary building and between campus buildings up to one-half mile apart
  • Occasionally:
    • Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs)
    • Exposed to outside weather conditions as working environment shifts between classrooms, practical labs, and outdoor field conditions in various weather
