What You’ll Do

  • Conduct 70% in-field prospecting and 30% account management.
  • Develop relationships with transportation managers, fleet supervisors, and logistics leaders.
  • Use LinkedIn, cold outreach, and field visits to build your sales pipeline.
  • Identify challenges such as driver shortages, compliance needs, and turnover.
  • Provide consultative solutions centered on safety, reliability, and DOT compliance.
  • Win new business and expand your local transportation market.
