The Decision Advantage Business Area within Defense is seeking a Secret cleared Training Development and Delivery Specialist to develop and deliver technical training packages on global security operations, network operations, and other features of our customers managed networks. This role will be instrumental in ensuring workforce readiness, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction through engaging, effective, and technicallyaccuratetraining content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update training documentation, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules in alignment with system updates and best practices.

  • Lead staff to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by achieving andmaintaininghigh cybersecurity and network operations performance.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve delivery and outcomes.

  • Coordinatelogisticsfor training sessions including scheduling, materials, room setup, and follow-up communications.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (engineering, operations) to align training with objectives.

  • Design role-based learning paths for technical roles such as help desk technicians, Tier 2 and Tier 3 operators, and Field Service Representatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Must have a DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

  • Certification: DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification at IAT Level II or higher - CompTIA Security+ CE required at a minimum or the ability to get one within 1 month of hire.

  • 3+ years of experience in training, technical education, or instructional design; experience in a technical industryrequired.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, effective training content.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills in both classroom and virtual settings.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach.

  • Willingness to travel and spend time in field environments to gain practical understanding of technical roles.

  • Willingness to travel, to support project execution, site visits, customertrainingand team collaboration across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in organizational development, instructional design, training, and/or building curriculum.

  • Proven experience in professionally designing training events.

  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles and ability to master the full training cycle.

  • Experience in Department of Defense environments.

  • Experience inthe InformationTechnology,security, networking, or software fields.

  • Experience withDevSecOpsand agile program management
