Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, referrals, community outreach, and local networking.
  • Contact all new leads by phone, text, email, and social media.
  • Convert trial members into long-term memberships.
  • Conduct studio tours and present membership options.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Coordinate corporate wellness partnerships and referral programs.
  • Organize and promote studio events and member appreciation activities.
  • Work closely with coaches to ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  • Monitor membership sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with front desk operations and member check-in during busy periods.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of fitness industry sales or customer service experience preferred.
