Position Summary... What you'll do...The (USA) Manager, Production Training - NSO leads the development and execution of production training programs to support operational excellence and change initiatives. This role ensures alignment with stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and oversees training effectiveness across the facility. By providing leadership, coaching, and communication strategies, the manager fosters associate development and engagement while maintaining compliance with company standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position supports business goals through data-driven decision-making and promotes a culture of accountability, learning, and operational success.
About the team:
Our team leads production system training across Walmart Health & Wellness Central Fill sites, delivering standardized and practical learning solutions. Collaborating closely with site and operations partners, we translate process requirements into hands-on training that ensures safe, efficient, and consistent execution. The team drives adoption, supports performance, and scales training programs to meet evolving business needs. By fostering strong partnerships and focusing on continuous improvement, we enable associates to develop skills that enhance operational excellence and contribute to Walmart’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
  • Manage and oversee production training programs, incorporating impact assessments to align with stakeholder expectations and desired outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by establishing and tracking key performance indicators for training effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across projects and facility teams.
  • Collaborate with facility and home office leadership to implement corporate training initiatives and support operational change efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, providing development opportunities and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
