  • Build and manage signature programs in the areas of onboarding, mentorship and leadership development.
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders, Human Resources, and hiring to embed learning into talent processes (performance, succession).
  • Establish and manage measurement frameworks and KPIs (skill adoption, learning ROI, employee engagement/retention).
  • Own vendor selection and relationships (content platforms, external trainers) and manage L&D budget.
  • Lead a small global team that includes instructional design and training coordination.
  • Pilot innovative approaches (learning analytics, adaptive learning, AI-enabled tutoring) and scale successful experiments.
  • Communicate regularly to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and impact.

  • 8+ years L&D / Talent Development experience with increasing ownership; 3+ years leading global programs or teams, preferably within engineering or complex technical environments.
  • Demonstrated track record designing scalable, measurable learning programs and embedding them into talent processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in Change management methodologies.
  • Experience with learning technologies (LMS/LXP, authoring tools, virtual classroom platforms) and learning measurement frameworks.
  • Experience with a variety of different coaching tools and methodologies. Specific experience with Clifton Strengths is an asset.
  • BA/BS in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (CPLP, SHRM, L&D certifications) a plus.

  • An opportunity to redefine possible.
  • Salary range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00
  • Group health benefits, RRSP, and Company bonus.
