Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the internet and customer development processes for the sale department
  • Coordinate tasks and schedules within a group of sales representatives and other BDC representatives in a call center environment
  • Schedule customer appointments and contact existing customers with current sales promotions
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and sales questions received via phone and/or internet
  • Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
  • Strive for continual improvement in the Business Development Center and in the company as a whole
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
  • Understanding of manufacturer's specifications and staying up to date with new changes in product
