About the Opportunity
A well-established luxury beachfront resort in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead organizational learning and development initiatives. This role is ideal for a Human Resources professional who is passionate about employee development, onboarding, engagement, and creating impactful training programs that support organizational success.
The Training Manager will play a key role in enhancing employee performance, improving operational effectiveness, and fostering a strong culture of learning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization’s training and development initiatives to support business goals and employee growth.
  • Identify training needs and create learning solutions through instructor-led, virtual, and online programs.
  • Develop training materials including curricula, facilitator guides, participant manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and manage onboarding programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company training requirements.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and team events in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Partner with department leaders to enhance workforce development and performance.
  • Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, and training technologies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
