Your Role & Responsibilities:
Team, Studio, and Sales Leadership
  • Lead high-energy group training sessions, delivering motivation, expertise, and engagement to every class.
  • Mentor and manage a team of full-time and part-time trainers, ensuring excellence in coaching and member experience.
  • Stay educated on new F45 workout phases released by HQ, conduct quarterly team training sessions with coaches, and ensure seamless implementation of updated programming.
  • Cover coaching shifts when needed to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standards, including equipment upkeep and overall organization.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with members and coaches 
  • Comprehensive understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology, ensuring safe and effective training methodologies.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for health, fitness, and member success, fostering a motivating and engaging environment.
  • Highly reliable and punctual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of coaching.

Studio Leadership & Membership Growth
  • Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Drive membership growth & retention through sales efforts, executing outreach initiatives, and contacting leads.
  • Assist in marketing strategies across social media, digital/print platforms, and community events.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by implementing best practices for client interactions, check-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and improve financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing programming, and increasing studio profitability.
  • Uphold F45 branding and standards to create a top-tier fitness environment.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA)
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
  • 2-3+ years of management experience, including staff hiring, training, and performance management
  • Proven ability to drive membership growth, lead teams, and foster a thriving fitness community
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and group training dynamics
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility & willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events
