The Goddard School located in Round Lake IL is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position at our School. The Assistant Director of Family and Faculty Engagement will be the primary contact for staff culture, team building, family events and strengthening our partnership with families. As well as assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Directors in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with faculty, parents and the community.

Assistant Director Key Responsibilities:

Must hold a Gateways Director level 1 credential
