Major Function of this Position:

This position will learn the foundational skills of training and development to assist with various instructional design and training admin tasks.

Assigned Project Details:

  • Convert existing training content into engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and InDesign

  • Build out and organize content within internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Develop a structured LMS engagement calendar to encourage consistent learner participation

  • Design and produce product training videos for internal and external audiences

  • Create, update, and organize training support materials including presentations, SOPs, and PDFs

  • Learn AI tools to streamline projects

Specific Goals and Deliverable Program:

  • Learn the foundational skills of training and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning

  • Convert existing training content into polished e-learning modules

  • Support the buildout and administration of internal and external LMS platforms

  • Produce and edit product training videos using Camtasia or similar tools

  • Build a structured engagement calendar to drive learner participation across sales channels

Desired Skills:

  • Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals and content

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
