Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Head Coach with 2+ years of management experience to lead our fitness team at F45 Dublin CA. As the studio's fitness leader, you'll work alongside the Studio Manager to drive culture, community, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, educate, and develop the coaching team through approved F45 curriculum
  • Conduct recruiting, screening, and interviews for new coaches
  • Manage coach certifications, CPR/AED compliance, and performance reviews
  • Coach minimum 12 sessions per week at the studio
  • Facilitate regular team communication and leadership meetings
  • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
Member Experience & Retention

  • Deliver exceptional trial process including InBody scans and planning sessions
  • Follow up with new, current, former, low-usage, and at-risk members
  • Monitor member satisfaction and resolve conflicts with Studio Manager
  • Educate members on F45 Methodology and programming
  • Manage class scheduling and substitutions'
  • Exceptional communication skills

Operations & Administration

  • Conduct daily facility walk-throughs and weekly audits with Studio Manager

  • Coordinate challenges, playoffs, and specialty workout programming
Business Development

  • Assist with marketing, partnerships, outreach, and B2B initiatives
  • Support sales process and price presentations
  • Maximize class utilization and studio workout traffic
  • Participate in studio events, socials, and theme days
Communication & Reporting

  • Weekly: KPI updates, announcements, schedule changes
  • Monthly: Performance reviews, events, evaluations, phase rollouts
  • Regular: Meet with Studio Manager and Owner on performance and operations
Requirements
  • 2+ years management experience in fitness industry
  • Active CPR/AED Certification
  • Primary NCCA-approved certification
