About the Role:
Join the SafeSplash Lakewood and Englewood team as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard and make a splash in the lives of our students! We are looking for Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming and ensuring water safety in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance swimming skills.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pool area.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve teaching techniques.
  • Promote a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and enjoyment in swimming.
Requirements:
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Experience in teaching swimming or a background in aquatics preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for swimming and a commitment to student success.
  • Must be at least 16 years old and able to swim proficiently.
