As a Training & Implementation Specialist, you'll create and deliver engaging AAC training resources, professional development workshops, and implementation materials for customers and internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess training and implementation needs for customers and internal staff.
  • Develop and deliver engaging product training through live, online, and on-demand formats.
  • Create and maintain implementation materials across multiple platforms, including LMS content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of products and features.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent on-line and in-person presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Disability/Assistive Technology related field is required.
  • Has a working knowledge of Accent, NovaChat, and iOS-based products.
  • A minimum of 2 years working in the field of AAC or Assistive Technology is required.
  • Possesses clinical knowledge and experience in the practice of AAC and maintains an ongoing connection to current AAC practices.
