Dietary Manager or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Evansville, Indiana
A well-established skilled nursing facility in Evansville, IN is seeking a Dietary Manager or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee and lead daily dietary operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Position Summary:
The Dietary Manager or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the dietary department, including menu planning, staff supervision, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This leader will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support resident health, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dietary department within the facility
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with physician orders and dietary guidelines
