Job Summary

We're looking for a Training & Development Administrator to provide multi-function, multi-level support to the Site Training & Development Consultant at our Tampa, FL facility. The ideal candidate is confident, helpful, collaborative, and energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role plays a key part in the new hire onboarding experience, on-the-job training (OJT), annual compliance training, and other site training initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Site Training Lead with administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, Dayforce compliance training enrollment, new hire onboarding, and classroom instruction on manufacturing-related topics
  • Help deliver OJT lesson plans and build classroom presentations that engage operators in collaborative learning
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the site, establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and operators
  • Track and manage certification and training records for the site, and maintain employee training records to support competency assessments
  • Recognize key training or compliance issues and communicate them clearly to management
  • Take on additional training-related duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required, along with an Associate's degree (or equivalent trainer/educator experience); Bachelor's preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • High integrity, with the ability to protect confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
