Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking an Operations and Training Development Coordinator to support training programs, operations processes, employee development, scheduling, documentation, and communication between departments. This role helps coordinate training activity, track progress, support managers, and improve internal processes.

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, strong communicators, and comfortable working with multiple teams. Administrative, training, operations, or coordination experience is preferred.
