Paradigm Ironworks (Riverside, CA) is hiring an Estimating Coordinator (Trainable) to support structural steel estimating. This is a growth-track role for someone organized, accurate, and dependable. We work off checklists and deadlines follow-through matters.
What youll do:
  • Organize bid files: plans/specs/addenda and keep folders clean
  • Perform takeoffs in Bluebeam (we can train the right person)
  • Build a scope checklist: whats included, what needs clarification, whats missing
  • Help assemble proposals: scope bullets, exclusions, assumptions, alternates
  • Track RFIs/clarifications and bid due dates
  • Maintain the bid log and follow-up list
  • Support the estimator with vendor pricing requests and quote tracking

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with deadlines
  • Excel skills (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus (or willingness to learn fast)
