CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. Paid Summers. Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field is required Minimum LPC or LSW from the State of Ohio is requiredMinimum of 2+ years post licensure experience a plusCounselor-Trainee or Social Work-Trainee may be considered with previous experience in the field. Must remain enrolled in a Master's level Clinical Counseling or Social Work program and be registered with OCSWMFTB as a Trainee.Full-Time Benefits:Generous time off, including Mental Health days10 paid holidays annuallyRetirement plan with company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision plans CEU/Licensure reimbursements and Additional Workshops/Trainings:Up to 16 hours of paid work release annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses).Licensure fee coverage up to $320 annually for one license.Flexible work scheduling with supervisor approval to make up time during workshop weeks.Workshops/Trainings: EMDR, DBT, CDCA, & More!CommQuest Services, Inc. is in partnership with Great Minds Fellowship!Salary listed is base pay.
