What You'll Do

As apart-time InsuranceSales Trainee, you will:

  • Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales conversations

  • Convert warmleads intocustomers using a proven consultative sales strategy

  • Assistcustomers with insurance quotes and coverage recommendationsfrom Allstate products and products within the Allstate family of companies, including National General

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities

  • Work from homein a fast-pacedcallcenterto drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience.

When and whereyou will work:

  • Your schedule will accommodate 20 hours per week(including nights and weekends), allowing flexibility tobalance withyour coursework,with opportunities foradditionalhours during peak seasons.

  • Dedicated,private,distraction-free home workspace (equipment provided)

Requirements

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, and or technical program during the full duration of the trainee program.

  • Ability to obtain aPersonal LinesorProperty & Casualty Producerlicense with Allstate's support

  • Sales Representativesare required toobtain andmaintainall required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance products in any statedesignatedby Allstate. This includes obtaining non-resident Producer licenses in all states asrequiredfor the role.

  • Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $18/hour + incentive

  • Incentives are productivity-based and governed by the applicable bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate's discretion.
