The Claims Processer is responsible for the processing of all medical, hospital, vision, chiropractor and ancillary claims, which includes coordination of benefit and third-party liability claims in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Essential Duties
  • Evaluate and finalize billing submissions.
  • Manage third-party liability cases and coordinate benefits.
  • Resolve complex client inquiries.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements
  • Minimum of two years experience in administrative or insurance billing.
  • Typing proficiency and 10-key data entry skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and apply strong analytical reasoning to complex files.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
