Job description

This is a 2-3 month temporary opportunity to work with an insurance administrative service company as a Medical Claims Processor, this is a fully on site position located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. 
 
This company offers a consistent Monday - Friday full-time schedule, and the opportunity to grow your skillset with an established organization!
 
Medical Claims Processor Responsibilities:
  • Process medical claims accurately, thoroughly and according to plan requirements
  • Follow-up on claims needing additional information
  • Refer problem claims to a supervisor and/or auditor for review
  • Monitor “inbox” to ensure that claims and referrals are handled timely
  • Special projects as assigned
 
You will be successful in this Medical Claims Processor position if you are a problem solver with an excellent attention to detail.
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, potential for some shifts to end sooner or later.
 
Medical Claims Processor Requirements:
  • Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledgeable about medical claims processing, minimum 1 year.
  • Strong verbally and in writing, including interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service--delivering it like you expect to receive it.
  • Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with technology, intermediate level Excel and Word.
Pay: $24-$30/hour
