Manager Development Program
Please be advised of the following:
  • This program is based out of our Rosemont, IL corporate office, and candidates must be able to live locally during the training period.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, the individual hired will be expected to relocate to manage one of our new or existing offices within the Midwest region located in Iowa, Michigan, Indiana or Wisconsin.
  • We are unable to consider applicants who cannot relocate at the end of the program.

Program Overview
As you enter into a dynamic career path at Feldco, here’s are the facets of the Management Development Program that will prepare you for leadership with:
  • Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments—Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to our success.
  • Expert Mentorship: Benefit from one-on-one guidance and training from our seasoned senior leaders. Develop essential managerial skills and receive personalized feedback to refine your leadership abilities.
  • Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You’ll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • At least two years of proven leadership amp; Management experience.
    • A passion for leading teams and delighting customers.
    • Flexibility to relocate within 18 months.
  • Preferred:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Job Information:
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch
  • Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018
  • Pay Range: $60,000-80,000
