This role is typically entry-level and designed to help individuals develop the skills needed for a full maintenance technician position.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a trainee maintenance?

To thrive as a Trainee Maintenance, you need a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn on the job.
