Job Responsibilities
In order to build an active pool of qualified applicants, Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty (temporary, part-time) to teach at the Lex D. Walters Campus and/or six county centers in Laurens, Newberry, Edgefield, Saluda, Abbeville, and McCormick during the day/evenings, on-line and dual credit instructors to teach in high schools. Applications will be reviewed on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules to a diverse student body in accordance with the established syllabi at a variety of locations, utilizing technology, and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.
Machine Tool Technology Adjunct Instructors provide instruction for students in accordance with the established syllabi to a diverse student body in a professional manner.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate's degree in related technological field.
Preferred Qualifications
MTT degree preferred & demonstrated competencies in teaching discipline.
