Description
Husson University is currently hiring Graduate Assistant football coaches. These are 10-month positions that run from August, 2026 through the end of May, 2027. Responsibilities will include coaching your own position group, film breakdown, practice planning, recruiting an assigned area, student-athlete development and other duties assigned by the Head Football coach and the Athletic Director. The positions include a stipend and a tuition waiver. Applicants must be accepted through the graduate school admissions process.
Example of Duties
Job Duties to include:
  1. Coaching an assigned position group
  2. Daily practice planning and preparation.
  3. Recruiting an assigned area.
  4. Video editing and breakdowns.
  5. Other duties assigned by the Head Football coach and/or AD.
Hours Breakdown:
(20 hours or less)
August 2nd-9th.
Thanksgiving week.
December 21-January 19.
(21+ hours)
March 8th-12th
August 12th-November 14th (13 weeks-traditional season)
November 30th-December 18th (on the road recruiting)
March 29th-April 26th (non-traditional season-Spring Football)
