Job description

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing machine operator to support a compounding extrusion production operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment and is best suited for candidates with prior experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.

Candidates with extrusion, plastics, compounding, blending, or continuous manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

â—Ź Operate compounding extrusion production equipment safely and efficiently

â—Ź Monitor machine performance and maintain continuous production flow

â—Ź Replenish raw materials and support production changeovers

â—Ź Accurately document production time, yield, scrap, and testing data

â—Ź Label and return unused raw materials to the preparation area

â—Ź Maintain a clean and safe production environment

Qualifications

â—Ź Previous industrial machine operation experience required

â—Ź Extrusion, plastics, compounding, or manufacturing line experience preferred

â—Ź Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are highly preferred

â—Ź Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

â—Ź Comfortable working in a dusty, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

â—Ź Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

â—Ź Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
