Adecco is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Extrusion Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The Extrusion Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Perform equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers.
Conduct quality inspections and measurements throughout the production process.
Accurately document production data, including output, scrap, and machine performance.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with preventative maintenance activities as needed.
Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous extrusion machine operation experience preferred.
Manufacturing experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read work orders, specifications, and production documents.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
