Job description

Vinyl Line Lead Operator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Oversee the Operators, Production Lines, Grinder and other related equipment.

- Provide guidance and training to Operators.

- Monitor safety, product quality, piece count and packaging.

- Tooling and equipment set up across all lines

- Start, string up, and make equipment adjustments to achieve products within specifications.

- Assist with line set ups.

- Operate power and hand tools.

- Ability to safely start, run and shut down all equipment:

Extruders, Puller, Punches, Cutters, Chiller, Water pumping station and Grinder.

- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment.

- Troubleshoot equipment and product issues.

- Monitor hourly documentation of running conditions and specified tolerances.

- Accountable for product quality and production goals

- Encourage and support a โ€œTeamโ€ environment to maintain safety and efficiencies.

- Comply with safety rules and regulations.
