Work You'll Do

As a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries
  • Assisting in the creation of clear, executive-ready data visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Supporting the Deloitte team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience working with Excel and Tableau dashboards
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Washington, D.C.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

  • Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions 
  • Experience with data analytics or data science in a professional or academic setting 
  • Knowledge of designing, creating, and maintaining data analytics and visualization platforms using Microsoft Office and SharePoint 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
