Job description

Results-driven Manufacturing Engineer with experience optimizing production systems, improving operational efficiency, and implementing scalable manufacturing processes across multi-functional production environments. Skilled in workflow analysis, lean manufacturing, process standardization, ERP integration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Adept at bridging engineering, production, quality, and operations through data-driven decision making, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing processes, production schedules, workflow constraints, and operational data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow strategies, and equipment placement to improve productivity, ergonomics, and safety.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing methods, tooling concepts, and process improvements for components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Create and maintain routings, bills of materials (BOMs), inspection procedures, and technical documentation aligned with operational standards and engineering requirements.
  • Lead manufacturing reviews for cost overruns, tooling capability, machine capacity, and production readiness to support operational decision-making.
  • Evaluate labor utilization, material consumption, and production metrics to support forecasting, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support engineering change implementation and ensure process compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, production, quality, and engineering teams to sustain equipment reliability and manufacturing continuity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning related to process inefficiencies, quality deviations, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Drive project ownership from concept development through implementation while aligning manufacturing objectives with corporate operational strategies.
