CC&SS Inc., DBA Stanley Steemer, is seeking Cleaning Technician Trainees to join our team. This is a paid training position designed to develop future Crew Chiefs and leaders within our organization.

No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide hands-on training and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working directly with customers in their homes.


Career Path & Earnings Potential

Cleaning Technician Trainee (First 90 Days)

This position is a paid training role designed to prepare employees for future advancement opportunities within our organization.

During your first 90 days, you will work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs while learning our cleaning processes, customer service standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques. This period allows both you and the company to determine whether you have the skills, work ethic, and leadership ability necessary for future advancement.

Compensation During Training

  • Guaranteed base pay of $16.00 per hour
  • Commission opportunities on services and sales
  • Typical earnings range from $16-$20+ per hour


Future Advancement Opportunity

Employees who successfully complete training and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for advancement into a Crew Chief position as openings become available.

Crew Chief Compensation

  • Guaranteed base pay of $18.00 per hour
  • Commission opportunities on services and sales
  • Typical earnings range from $18-$24+ per hour
  • Increased responsibility and leadership opportunities

Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience
