Das Tagesgeschäft? – Du führst ein Team aus Trainee-Berater:innen auf ihrem Weg zu erfolgreichen Baufinanzierungsberater:innen und legst gemeinsam mit ihnen den Grundstein für nachhaltigen Vertriebserfolg.

Dein Team? – Ein erfahrenes Team aus Sales Teamleads , das gemeinsam mit Dir unsere Trainees auf ihrem Weg zu erfolgreichen Baufinanzierungsberater:innen begleitet.

Deine Mission? – Mit Deiner Führungs- und Coachingkompetenz entwickelst Du unsere Trainees zu erfolgreichen Vertriebspersönlichkeiten. Dabei arbeitest Du abteilungsübergreifend mit den Sales Teamleads und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen, um die bestmögliche Entwicklung unserer Trainees und nachhaltigen Vertriebserfolg sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams aus Trainee-Berater:innen
  • Coaching "on the Job" sowie Begleitung Deiner Trainees im Vertriebsalltag
  • Entwicklung der fachlichen und vertrieblichen Kompetenzen Deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Vertriebsziele sowie Steuerung relevanter KPIs
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback-, Entwicklungs- und Performancegespräche
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales Teamleads und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur sowie eines leistungsorientierten Arbeitsumfelds
Das bringst Du mit
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Vertriebsteams, idealerweise als Teamlead oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden oder Vertriebler:innen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Baufinanzierung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der gesamten Baufinanzierungsstrecke
  • Erfahrung im Plattformgeschäft
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu motivieren und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau oder Sachkundenachweis gemäß §34i GewO
