Ready to Learn, Build, and Inspect? Welcome to Bennington, VT

Do you enjoy hands-on projects and want a practical path into manufacturing? As a Composite Manufacturing Technician – Trainee, you’ll learn how engineered drawings become real, high‑quality composite parts. We’ll teach you safe tool use, precise material prep, and the inspection techniques that keep quality high.

What If This Were Your Role?

You start by reviewing specs. You gather and prepare materials, then assist in laying up and assembling components. You operate equipment carefully, verify finished work meets standards, and keep your area tidy. You swap insights with your team and join scheduled trainings to strengthen your skills—day after day, getting better and faster.

Your Impact
  • Assist in fabricating composite parts based on specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Prepare and assemble materials with accuracy to support quality outcomes.
  • Safely and efficiently operate shop tools and machinery.
  • Inspect finished components to confirm adherence to quality requirements.
  • Maintain an orderly, safe workspace and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Partner with teammates to improve processes and overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen composite fabrication knowledge.
What You Need to Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical studies in manufacturing/composites are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Basic mechanical skills; comfortable with hand tools and production equipment.
  • Team-first communication style and dependable collaboration.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn new methods and technologies.
  • Capability to lift and move materials as tasks require.
  • Helpful but not required: experience in manufacturing or fabrication.

Launch your manufacturing career in Bennington, VT, where your curiosity and work ethic turn raw materials into reliable composite products.
