Job description

Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver – Allentown / Berks County – Day or Night Shift

Looking for a solid local route in Eastern PA where you can clock out and sleep in your own bed every single night? We've got immediate openings on our dedicated intermodal fleet.

You'll be pulling container freight locally across the region, keeping your routine simple, predictable, and close to home.

What The Job Pays

  • Weekly Average: Drivers gross around $1,100 per week.
  • Stop Incentives: Add an extra $40.00 for every stop on your route.
  • Benefits Included: Full corporate medical, dental, and vision health plans, plus paid time off and 401(k) company matching active after 60 days. You also get 24/7 local dispatch support.

Route & Schedule Details

  • Home Time: 100% Home Daily.
  • Weekly Distance: Around 1,800 miles per week.
  • Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight (mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload).
  • Schedule Options: Choose between Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (weekend dispatch is standard).
  • Shift Windows: Both Day and Night slots are available.
  • Holidays: You only run holidays if they fall on your standard dispatch days.

Qualification Checklist

  • Hiring Radius: Live within 50 miles of dispatch yards around Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, or Berks County.
  • Experience Required: First Seat experienced drivers only (no trainees or teams).
    • At least 6 months of Class A experience in the last 3 years, OR
    • At least 12 months in the last 5 years.
  • Credentials: Valid CDL-A and up-to-date DOT Medical Card (no endorsements needed).
  • Screening: Clean driving/work record and pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
