Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will identify opportunities to streamline business operations through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows. You will partner with operational leaders to eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and build scalable solutions that increase efficiency across the firm.

Success in this role requires someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a builder's mindset. You should be comfortable using modern AI tools such as Claude Code to develop automations, analyze complex information, and create practical solutions that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven process improvements.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows using Claude Code, Cowork, and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering team to design document review and information extraction workflows that leverage LLMs and process automations to analyze high volumes of records and correspondence.
  • Build automations that connect internal systems, move and reconcile data, and reduce manual labor.
  • Write, test, and continuously improve prompts and AI workflows to ensure reliable, high-quality output.
  • Package successful automations into reusable tools that can be leveraged across multiple teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and operational reporting using Power BI, Superset, Salesforce/Litify, and Excel.
  • Write SQL queries against Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze operational data.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed automations and continuously improve reliabilityand business impact.
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend new opportunities to improve operations.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in business operations, analytics, business intelligence, technical operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience building practical solutions using Claude, Claude Code, GPT, or comparable AI platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce/Litify, Redshift, or comparable reporting and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business, Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
