North Trail RV is looking for a reliable, professional RV Walk-Through Coordinator to conduct thorough and informative walk-throughs of a guest’s new vehicle. As a RV Walk-Through Coordinator, you will be responsible for educating our guests on all aspects of their new vehicle’s operation and features, ensuring a smooth a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Walk-Throughs: Lead customers through a comprehensive tour of their new RV, demonstrating all features, appliances, and systems.
  • Customer Education: Explain how to operate and maintain the RV, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Pre-Delivery Preparation: Work with the service and sales teams to ensure the RV is ready for delivery, addressing any outstanding issues.
  • Post-Walk-Through Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, acting as a point of contact for any questions or issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with service, sales, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Help with the management of RV inventory and accessories.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with RV systems, features, and operation.
