Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft individualized therapy strategies that best address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide a diverse range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Engage in continuous learning by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay current with evolving mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of dedicated counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or telehealth environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Effective teamwork capabilities, illustrating the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience
