This is a remote, work from home position.ย This position will require initial training along with periodic team events onsite within either of our facilities in either Owatonna, MN or Syracuse, NY.ย  This position will require 25% travel to our Dealer partners.

Our team is seeking aย Performing Arts Dealer Program Leaderย who is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals by managing overall Performingย Arts Dealer relationships while simultaneously working with others across the organizationย to ensure team and company objectives are met. This position is responsible for setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of all Performingย Arts Dealers.

At a minimum you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree inย business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant Wenger Corporation work experience
  • Ten (10) years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales managerย consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstratedย ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization successย 
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM

  • Masters degree in business administration

As a Performing Arts Dealer Program Leader a typical day might include:ย 

  • Creatingย and maintaining a competitive advantaged Performing Arts Dealer Program to improve market penetration and drive profitable growth
  • Determining, executing, and reporting on program pricing strategyย ย 
  • Determiningย all products and services that are or should be provided to Dealers
  • Determiningย territories, coverage, and any potential for product or service exclusivity
  • Determining, measuringย and reporting on all Key Performance Indicators
  • Creatingย transparent relationship between Sales and Performing Arts Dealers
  • Terminatingย Performing Arts Dealers/Partners which doย not meetย KPIโ€™s or supportย Wenger Corporation
  • Training on product and sales techniquesย for all Performing Arts Dealers/Partners
  • Coordinating as point personย all Performing Arts Sales Bids (Regional/State/District)
  • Achievingย annual Order Intake and Sales Objectives while meeting or exceedingย company profit objectives
  • Workingย with National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Partneringย with Marketing to develop and implement Sales & Marketing Campaigns with Dealer partners
  • Adheringย to and followingย the Wenger sales processes
  • Developingย and maintainingย in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and market competitors
  • Travelingย as needed to meet and work with Performing Arts Dealer partners
  • Collaboratingย with Executive leadership to help develop sales budgets and strategic plans
