BirdEye is looking for an enthusiastic and driven events coordinator to manage our tradeshow logistics. This position requires superior organization, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively and creatively. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, but also possess the hands-on experience in planning and executing all sizes of events and shows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure promotional aspects prior, during and post events are executed flawlessly.
  • Work closely with sales team and other key stakeholders to align tradeshow and event objectives
  • Book tradeshows and manage ordering of all services, including furniture, electricity, etc in a timely manner to avoid rush charges
  • Arrange travel for sales staff attending events in a timely manner to get lowest prices
  • Work closely with GM of Dental and Tradeshow division to determine best booth location to ensure optimum traffic
  • Work with vendors of various shows to understand attendance and audience; determine whether show is worth attending
  • Determine marketing collateral and pre-show marketing needs; work with design team on execution
  • Manage shipping of event materials to/from shows; with an eye on maximizing budget
  • Provide all event logistics and details to sales staff attending the show in a timely and efficient manner
