The Marketing Content & Campaign Analyst is responsible for developing and executing marketing content and campaigns across Timken Precision Drives and its sub-brands. This role bridges technical product knowledge and marketing execution, ensuring consistent messaging, high-quality content, and effective campaign delivery across digital channels, sales enablement, and events.

This position works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams to translate technical information into compelling marketing materials, while also owning campaign execution including email, social media, and tradeshow support.
Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Technical Marketing

  • Develop and maintain technical marketing content including:
    • product literature
    • catalogs
    • application-focused content
  • Translate engineering input into customer-facing messaging
  • Create and maintain templates, presentations, and sales materials
  • Develop email and social content aligned with brand and product messaging

Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing

  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns (platform execution, scheduling)
  • Execute and manage social media posting across brands
  • Monitor performance of email and social campaigns
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaign execution (in collaboration with SEO Manager)

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales kits and supporting materials
  • Create marketing assets aligned to Timken and sub-brand positioning
  • Support development of training materials for internal teams and customers

Trade Shows & Events

  • Coordinate tradeshow logistics, including:
    • registrations
    • booth setup
    • material preparation
  • Develop booth layouts and supporting visuals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials
  • Support onsite execution as needed

Marketing Operations & Support

  • Manage marketing platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Popl)
  • Coordinate vendor activities and support procurement processes
  • Order and distribute marketing materials and business cards
  • Support trademark and compliance processes

Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
    • Engineering teams (technical accuracy, product input)
    • Sales teams (campaign alignment, lead follow-up)
    • Marketing & Business Development Manager (strategy and direction)
    • SEO Manager (alignment on content and search performance)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing preferred
  • Experience developing technical or product-focused content
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content

  • Timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
  • Quality and consistency of marketing content across brands
  • Increased engagement across email and social channels
  • Effective support of sales through usable marketing materials
  • Smooth execution of tradeshows and events
