Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Trade Surveillance Business Analyst with strong expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX) markets and OneTick platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing trade surveillance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting monitoring systems within a financial services environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or banking
  • Strong domain knowledge of FX (Foreign Exchange) products and trading workflows
  • Hands-on experience with OneTick platform
  • Solid understanding of trade surveillance concepts and regulatory requirements (e.g., market abuse, spoofing, insider trading)
  • Experience in data analysis using SQL or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with surveillance tools or compliance platforms
  • Knowledge of scripting or data tools (Python, Excel advanced functions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with other asset classes is a plus
