Job Summary
Are you an active college student, pursuing a career in business or marketing?  Are you looking to add "real world" work experience to your resume while a student?  OR are you retired but looking for something to do with your time and make some money engaging with homeowners interested in bathroom renovation projects?
Are you outgoing, high-energy, and love talking to new people? Five Star Bath Solutions is looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent us at local home shows, trade shows, and community events.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their bathrooms. Your mission is simple: engage attendees, educate them on our "Five Star" transformation process, and schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team. No high-pressure selling is required—your goal is to spark interest and set the appointment.
Compensation is $20/hour + success bonuses  
Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement: Actively approach and greet trade show attendees; use "ice-breakers" to start conversations about their home improvement needs.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify homeowners by asking about their current bathroom challenges (safety, outdated style, or functionality).
  • Appointment Setting: Use our digital scheduling tools to book free, in-home estimates for interested homeowners.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the benefits of Five Star Bath Solutions, including our high-quality materials, 1-2 day installations, and lifetime warranties.
  • Booth Maintenance: Assist with the setup and teardown of the display booth, including pop-up banners, floor samples, and marketing collateral.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, "Five Star" appearance and attitude at all times.

  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday), as this is when most shows occur.
