The position plays a key role in product lifecycle management, regulatory support, and continuous optimization of product performance and market positioning.

+ Summary

The Senior Product Manager leads the strategic and operational management of assigned product line(s) to achieve company sales, marketing, and financial objectives, with dedicated responsibility to primarily to support the ScottCare business. This role owns the full ScottCare product line marketing scope, from product positioning, messaging, collateral, and sales enablement through trade show strategy, branding, and execution. The role partners cross-functionally to translate voice of customer insights into product strategy, supports innovation and commercialization efforts, and drives development of marketing and training initiatives that communicate product value to customers and sales channels. The position plays a key role in product lifecycle management, regulatory support, and continuous optimization of product performance and market positioning.

+ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports development and execution of Marketing Team strategy and annual product line plans aligned to company objectives
  • Solely supports ScottCare as the dedicated product management and product marketing owner for the full ScottCare product line
  • Leads voice of customer (VOC) research to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy and development priorities
  • Partners with Innovation teams throughout new product development, providing insight into customer needs, market dynamics, and pricing expectations
  • Develops demand forecasts, pricing strategies, and financial impact analyses for new product commercialization
  • Monitors product category performance and market trends to recommend portfolio optimization, including new product introductions or SKU rationalization
  • Owns full product line marketing and branding execution for ScottCare, including product literature, digital content, sales enablement, training materials, launch support, and trade show strategy and execution
  • Partners with Clinical Education and Sales teams to support product and procedure training for customers and distribution channels
  • Provides guidance and coaching to Marketing team members on product knowledge and cross-functional processes
  • Owns procedure-related product documentation (e.g., IFUs, surgical technique guides) and supports regulatory submissions and lifecycle requirements
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

+ Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with demonstrated results required
  • Experience within medical device or healthcare industry preferred

  • Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, MDR, etc.)

  • Full-time position
  • Travel up to approximately 20% for trade shows, training labs, customer interactions, and product evaluations
  • May require participation in offsite events, cadaver labs, and clinical environments
