Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Trade Show & Events Specialist to join our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

In this role, you will lead the execution of trade show and event program plans for specified Ingram Content Group (ICG) lines of business (LOBs).  Executes the planning, implementation, and production of meetings, events, and trade shows, both physical and virtual, for a cross-section of ICG companies/divisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 years’ experience producing various sized trade shows, meetings, or events in a professional environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience presenting to business stakeholders and Executives
  • Experience coordinating events

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and cooperatively with the TSE Director and Senior Specialists.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use software for tradeshows, marketing, exhibits, and virtual conference platforms (i.e. ExhibitForce, Aventri, SharePoint, QuickBase)
  • Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrate exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish relationships within all ICG client groups, business partners, and vendors
  • Ability to plan and execute events
  • Communication, collaboration, and reasoning skills
  • Computer proficiency, internet searching, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with urgent deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments.

Hiring Salary Range: $58,298 - $72,657. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
