Job description

Manager of Community Association Relations

Job Category: Community Association Relations

The Manager of Community Association Relations supports the regional Business Development team to establish Hotwire as a trusted business partner and create new or incremental sales opportunities from current clients, Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations and Board of Directors. The Manager of Community Association Relations will develop relationships in the industry and the community to strengthen Hotwire's reputation and general brand awareness within the region.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals and leveraging those relationships to support the sales process.
  • Promote brand awareness and product knowledge within the region by scheduling and working with the appropriate internal departments to organize facility tours and product demonstrations.
  • Identify promotional/advertisement opportunities within the region and work with the Marketing and Public Relations team to create content.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure Hotwire is consistently engaged within specific organizations and represented properly within the market.
  • Engage and participate with target organizations to be part of committees and executive level seats.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities to network and develop relationships.
  • Attend events including, tradeshows/expos, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Association as needed to support the Business Development team and the regional sales goals.
  • Utilize all networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads for the Business Development Team.
  • Update and maintain the Salesforce database with correct contact information and sales leads.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of residential/commercial products.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing and certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CFCAM.
  • Demonstrated success with essential functions and a minimum of 5 years' experience within the Community Management/Property Management industry.
  • Exceptional selling and relationship building skills. Networking superstar.
  • A proven record of strong client relationships. Customer service skills.
  • Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Natural team player with unquestioned integrity and business ethics.
  • Self-starter who leads by example and personal involvement.
  • Opportunistic competitor who is eager to achieve and be an impact player.
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to legally drive and provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service area, including weekends and evenings.
