Position Overview

TrackVia is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Content Manager to lead the development and execution of compelling content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong interest in content strategy, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. The Content Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content that aligns with business objectives and drives demand for TrackVia software.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and storyteller who understands how to create content that resonates across the buyer journey-from awareness to conversion and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with TrackVia's growth objectives.
    • Create and manage an editorial calendar that supports campaigns, product launches, customer stories, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Identify content opportunities that support demand generation, customer retention, and brand positioning.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Produce and oversee high-quality content including:
      • Blog articles
      • Case studies
      • Whitepapers & eBooks
      • Website copy
      • Email campaigns
      • Social media content
      • Event presentations
      • Sales enablement materials
      • Video scripts and webinar content
    • Ensure all content reflects TrackVia's voice, messaging and brand standards
    • Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and SEO/GEO optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with our Product team to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create customer stories, testimonials, and enablement assets.
    • Coordinate with demand generation to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • SEO, GEO & Performance Optimization
    • Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve TrackVia's visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other large language model (LLM) tools.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices to increase organic traffic, discoverability, and authoritative brand presence.
    • Develop content structures, metadata, citations, and topical authority strategies that improve the likelihood of TrackVia being referenced, cited, and recommended by AI-driven search and answer engines.
    • Monitor content performance metrics including organic traffic, engagement, conversion rates, search rankings, referral sources, and AI-driven visibility trends.
    • Analyze campaign effectiveness and user engagement data to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and content optimization.
    • Stay current on emerging SEO, GEO, and AI search trends to ensure TrackVia remains competitive in evolving digital discovery channels.
  • Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership
    • Help shape and elevate the TrackVia brand narrative across all channels.
    • Develop compelling stories that showcase customer success and industry expertise.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, workflow automation, compliance management, and B2B SaaS marketing best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a content, marketing, or communications role.
  • Technical writing experience (preferred).
  • Experience creating content for B2B SaaS or technology companies preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO/GEO principles, content analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar.

Salary

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed here. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity within our team.
