 About Brand Health Tracking: 

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally. 

What you can expect to be doing: 

Integrity 

  • Ensures projects meet timeline targets and monitors projects ongoing progress 
  • Identifies project problems and possible solutions. Proceeds with implementation of simpler ones  
  • Manages daily tasks & projects according to department priorities. 
  • Performs standardized check points for each study for example, checks on-line/CATI links ensuring that programmed questionnaires are getting at the right issues and continuous logic and flow of study as client changes are made over time. 
  • Raises issues to manager as appropriate 
  • Check data quality for accuracy. 
  • Identifies own goals and drives personal development through the performance management process 
  • Solve day to day problems and has good common sense to seek out assistance on solutions to more complex problems 
  • Seeks constructive feedback openly as part of learning. Shares constructive feedback with peers as appropriate 
  • Shares praise and recognition and appreciation to those who support them 

Curiosity 

  • Asks perceptive and probing questions to uncover new learnings and explore needs

  • Monitors and facilitates IIS/ Direct activities to ensure that all deliverables are running according to project plan and takes action to avoid/resolve problems and/or seeks management assistance if issues are beyond their control. 
  • Participates in corporate activities, may volunteer for staff committees 

Client First 

  • Serves as resource to client to assist in resolving routine questions or to ensure that issues are fielded 
  • Responds to client needs consistently and in a timely fashion 
  • Costs projects in iQuote, Job Book, Next Work Bench 
  • May design questionnaires for proofing by senior project lead. 
  • Monitors and facilitates internal and external operations activities to ensure that all deliverables are running according to project plan and takes action to avoid/resolve problems and/or seeks management assistance if issues are beyond their control. 
  • Assists in ordering and monitoring sample. 
  • Provides first-level analysis and writes report for review, includes insights of reported data 
  • Provides data summaries for comprehensive reports (e.g. organizes data into logic flow and provides key bullet points on what data charts are illustrating). 
  • Serves as resource to client to resolve routine questions and ensures that issues are fielded. 
  • Prepares first draft of report, incorporating statistical testing. Designs layout and content. 
  • Exposure advanced analytics, including driver analysis (regression, correlation, Shapley values) and segmentation. 

Entrepreneurial Spirit 

  • Assists in drafting straightforward proposals and provides input into more complex ones 
  • May attend pitches with senior team members; Participates in pitches with senior team members.

This might be the job for you if you have: 

  • BA minimum; graduate of recognized Market Research program an asset 
  • 1.5 years Relevant Work Experience 
  • Experience with quantitative research methods 
  • Exposure to Qualitative research methodologies 
  • Project Management Experience 
  • Experience in supplier side of marketing research (an asset) 
  • Experience with questionnaire design techniques 
  • Experience identifying and writing up analytical findings 
  • Strong analytical skills

In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated base salary for this role is $60,000 - $65,00 CAD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications
