As a Mainline Trackhoe Operator at Suncore, you'll dig pipeline ditches, install pipe systems, and play an essential role in creating infrastructure that supports our community. Things You’ll Do

  • Skillfully operate a mainline trackhoe to dig pipeline ditches.
  • Install sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems.
  • Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or transit levels.
  • Layout pipe routes, following blueprints or written instructions and work with supervisors to coordinate layout.
  • Align and position pipes to prepare them for sealing.
  • Cover pipes with earth or other material.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a trackhoe.
  • Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment when around team members and utilities, ensuring the safety of all persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
