(EMUS) a member of the Ricoh family of companies, which has a rich history of environmental conservation, community involvement, and steady company growth.  ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc is part of a joint venture with Toshiba TEC (ETRIA Global website).  We are a leading provider of toner products at our facilities in Lawrenceville, GA.  Join our team to help create the best manufacturing company in the office printing industry. 

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at EMUS, you will lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining and testing equipment within our Toner Process operation. You will ensure all preventative maintenance is completed on schedule and in accordance with established standards, while also managing inventory and maintaining adequate spare parts levels.

The Maintenance Supervisor will:

  • Model the “safety first” behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures and processes are performed safely and provide a safe work environment.
  • Review and prioritize work orders and assigns technicians; create preventive maintenance schedule and execute the plan.  Make routine adjustments to work assignments, work processes, and/or maintenance equipment to meet schedules and targets while maintaining QCDSE standards.
  • Participate in developing the budget; monitor the budget.
  • Recommend, implement, communicate, train, and enforce methods and procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective maintenance unit.
  • Set up and maintain spare parts and supplies inventory. Investigate and purchase parts.
  • Select outside contractors and monitor and evaluate their work.  Work with outside contractors and REI's Legal Division to resolve issues and finalize contracts.
  • Investigate problems related to maintenance and collaborate with other functional areas to identify root-cause and recommend corrective actions/countermeasures, prepare action plan, manage solution implementation and summarize and report results.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update ISO procedures, documents, and forms. Maintain and update records as required by ISO.
  • Review incoming and completed work orders and preventive maintenance slips and related reports for accuracy. Track and consolidate activity statistics. Identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance results.
  • Generate activity and downtime reports for management review.
